Cottage #6 (Open Year Round) This quaint, well-equipped two bedroom cottage is only steps
from the waterfront. This is our newest cottage, and is perfect for those who want the comfort
of modern cottage in a rustic setting. Includes VCR in the winter.

Bedrooms: 2 (master has a queen bed, 1 twin bed and 1 double bed in second bedroom) +
sofabed in living room
Bathroom: Toilet (septic), sink, brand new shower enclosure very attractive and modern.
Kitchen/Living area: 1 large room
Kitchen facilities: Fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, propane BBQ, pots and
pans, cutlery, dishes, utensils, etc.
Bedding: Pillows and blankets are provided. Bed linens and towels not provided., unless on
request at booking ($50 additional charge)
Special notes: Excellent queen bed in master bedroom.This is one of our more spacious
cottages, and boasts lots of lawn outside the door for family games. Newly painted interior and
'new' couch. New deck and walk out just finished.
Location on property: Located approx. 50 yards from the waterfront, with an easy view of the
children's swings and slide, and near the sand volleyball court.
