Cottage #1 (Fully Winterized)- This cozy and rustic lakefront two bedroom cottage is steps from
the waterfront, and boasts a large screen porch overlooking the water. This cottage is one of our
smallest, but also one of our nicest! Includes VCR in the winter.
Sleeps: Comfortably sleeps 4 plus a 5th on a sofa bed.
Bedrooms: 2 (bedroom #1 has one double bed, bedroom #2 has bunk beds) Upper bunk is a single
and lower is a twin bed.
Bathroom:Toilet, sink, tub with shower
Kitchen/Living area: 1 room with sofabed
Kitchen facilities:Fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, propane BBQ, pots and pans,
cultery, dishes, utensils, etc.
Bedding: Pillows and blankets are provided. Bed linens and towels not provided.
Special notes: Pine walls in bedrooms, 'new' couch, screen porch with 2 Muskoka chairs and
dining table. Our most "cozy" cottage.New laminate hardwood floors.in living area.
